How returns work at sneakersInn

sneakersInn's returns policy is simple: Returns are accepted for unworn items in their original packaging within 48 hours of delivery, after inspection. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order code and photos of the pair. In Greater Accra the best moment to catch a problem is at the door, before you pay.

How do I start a return?

1. Message us on WhatsApp on +233 54 263 0699 within the returns window.
2. Send your order code (the 8 characters from your confirmation) and photos of the pair, the box and any problem.
3. Keep the pair unworn and in its original packaging while we look at it.
4. We reply with next steps for getting the pair back to the Head Office, Haatso, Accra and what happens after inspection.

What counts as unworn?

A pair that has been tried on indoors, on a clean floor, with no marks, creases or dirt on the soles. Pairs worn outside, washed or creased across the toe can't be returned.

What isn't covered?

• Sneakers made or sold by the original brands. Every pair is a replica and is labelled as one.
• Returns after 48 hours, or on pairs that have been worn.
• Sizes outside the EU sizes listed on each product. Ask on WhatsApp if your size isn’t shown.

How do I avoid needing a return?

• Check your size with the size converter or ask on WhatsApp before ordering.
• Ask for photos or a video of the exact pair before you order.
• Check the pair at the door before paying. See what to check when your pair arrives.

Can I swap for another size?

Message us on WhatsApp within the returns window. Whether a different size is possible depends on what's in stock; the size list on each product page in the shop shows what's available now.
