How to track your sneakersInn order

To track a sneakersInn order, open the track order page and enter the 8-character order code from your confirmation. The page shows where your order is: placed, confirmed, on its way, or delivered. You can also ask on WhatsApp at any time.

Where do I find my order code?
It's shown on the confirmation page after checkout, in your WhatsApp order message as the order reference, and in the messages we send you. The tracking page needs only the last 8 characters, for example A1B2C3D4.
How long does each stage take?
In Greater Accra, delivery arrives within 24 hours (tomorrow) (express same-day (within 2-6 hours)). Outside Greater Accra, parcels arrive within 72 hours (3 days). Pickup orders are ready in 1 hour. See delivery fees and times across Accra.
My order says "Order placed" for a while. Is that normal?
It moves to "Confirmed" once we've spoken on WhatsApp. If you haven't had a message from us, reply to your order message or contact us on +233 54 263 0699.
Can I change my delivery address?
Message us on WhatsApp before the order is "On its way".
