What to check when your pair arrives

When your sneakersInn order arrives, take two minutes before paying the rider to check five things: the size on the label, that both shoes are there and match, the condition of the uppers and soles, the stitching and glue lines, and that the pair matches the photos you ordered from. In Greater Accra you pay on delivery, so this is your moment to raise anything.

Should I try them on?

What do I do if something's wrong?
Tell the rider before paying and message us on WhatsApp with a photo. Don't pay for a pair you're not happy with.
What if I notice a problem after paying?
Our returns policy: Returns are accepted for unworn items in their original packaging within 48 hours of delivery, after inspection. Keep the pair unworn and in its packaging, and message us with photos as soon as you can.
